DELEGATE BOOKING RATES
Note: All On-line bookings will be in US Dollars

Delegate Places are LIMITED and reserved on a "first come, first serve" basis.

Early Booking Delegates
ALL delegates who reserve their delegate place BEFORE 30 March 2018, are entitled to claim the special Early Booking Delegates Rate of only $400.00 US Dollars.

VIP Delegate Rate
All delegates who reserve their delegate place AFTER 30 March 2018 and have been invited to attend by a Speakers or the Sponsors, are entitled to claim the special VIP Delegate Rate of only $450.00 US Dollars.

Standard Delegate Rate
The Standard Delegate Rate AFTER 30 March 2018 is only $500.00 US Dollars.

Do you need to reserve your delegate place via INVOICE? Not a problem!

Here is how to do it:
1. Email our Accounts Team at: accounts@revolver7.com
2. In the email header, write "Delegate-Blockchain Chicago"
3. In the body of the email write the DELEGATE'S NAME, COMPANY NAME & BILLING ADDRESS, the delegate's TITLE within the company, the delegates DIRECT PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS, and include a PURCHASE ORDER (if applicable).

NOTE: Multiple delegates can be registered on a single email and please note which currency you would like the invoice issued in. Delegate Rates will be secured upon the date an Invoice Request has been made.

PLEASE NOTE
1.     Transatlantic Events reserves the right to allow entry to the event.
2.     All attendees must be pre-registered. No payment will taken on the day of the event.
3.     All delegates must be registered by 12 May 2018.
4.     Only those individuals pre-registered to attend will be allowed access to the event.
5.     It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, venue or the timing of the programme.
6.     REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee is, as listed, is a "per delegate" rate. The fee covers attendance at all sessions, refreshments and full conference documentation; the fee also covers attendance at the conference receptions. Full registration fee is due before the date of the event.
7.     CONFERENCE LANGUAGE: The conference language is English.
8.     CPD CREDITS: This conference is worth 7 non-accredited hours towards CPD requirements for most CPD regions. Once a delegate has attended an event, the conference delegate will sent a signed confirmation of attendance, which can be presented to a CPD governing board. If further information/forms is/are required for approval, we are happy to accommodate.
9.     EVENT ACCOMMODATION: Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

11.   CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing before 12 May 2018 will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of £100.00. We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted thereafter.
